In this Houdini example file, the fire FX is split into three separate simulations. First, I simulated a faster-moving flame. Then, using a slower simulation timing, I simulated the smoke to achieve more realistic motion. Finally, an ember system is generated by advecting particles with the smoke volume.
The same setup was used in the War Thunder cinematic as well.
The geometry is lit by an environment light using an HDRI and a geo light generated from the fire.
